Food Poisoning in Dogs
We often think only humans can get food poisoning but dogs too can become affected by contaminated foods. Possible signs your dog has gotten food poisoning are decreased appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, listless and sleeping more than usual. Some dogs will not exhibit any signs of Salmonella but will be carriers.
