Use the regulator’s current notice to check a specific product, country and batch. This page is a route to official information, not a live monitored feed or a declaration that any brand is recall-free.
United Kingdom
Search the Food Standards Agency alerts for the exact brand and product. Check the affected countries, pack size, batch code and date. For Scotland, also consult Food Standards Scotland.
United States
Use FDA animal and veterinary recalls and withdrawals and FDA outbreaks and advisories. An advisory and a company recall notice are not always the same thing.
What to record from the pack
- Full brand and recipe name, plus food format.
- Pack weight, lot or batch number and best-before date.
- Seller, purchase date and the country in which it was bought.
- A photograph of the label and the relevant official notice.
If your pack matches a notice
Follow the specific handling, return or disposal instructions in that notice. Contact your vet if you are concerned about your dog’s health. A different recipe from the same brand is not automatically affected; equally, an older review cannot clear a current batch.
How we describe recall status
We do not label products recall-free based on an incomplete search or repeat an old event as if it were new. Current claims require the relevant official notice and date. Source links checked 30 October 2026; the linked registers can change after that date.
