This page explains how Dog Food Selector handles affiliate and commercial relationships. We keep it plain so you can see what is — and is not — happening on the site today.
Current status
We do not currently run live affiliate tracking links or paid partner programmes on dogfoodselector.com. Guides are written as editorial selection help. If a page mentions a type of product or a retailer in general terms, that is not an affiliate recommendation unless this disclosure says otherwise.
If programmes start later
If we join an affiliate or similar referral programme, we will update this page before or when tracking links go live. Typical disclosures would cover:
- which programmes or networks are in use;
- that we may earn a commission if you buy through a tracked link, at no extra cost to you;
- that editorial decisions are not sold as “best” rankings in exchange for commission.
We will not invent partner names, commission rates or “as featured in” claims.
What we still will not do
- Present affiliate relationships as veterinary endorsement.
- Invent product reviews, prices or SKUs to fill a page.
- Hide the fact that a link is tracked, if tracking is introduced.
